The Bonnell 775 MX blends the agility of a downhill mountain bike with the punch of a lightweight dirt bike. It was designed for riders who want real trail performance: precise handling, a featherweight chassis, and enough power to tackle technical terrain without hesitation.

Frame & Suspension
A stiff yet lightweight chassis with progressive kinematics gives the 775 MX its direct, planted feel — even at speed or on rough terrain.
- 170 mm rear travel via progressive single-pivot linkage
- 4130 chromoly front triangle, twin down-tube design, ED-coated
- 6061 aluminum rear end with forged yoke and adjustable dropouts
- Post-mount 203 mm brake mount & UDH derailleur hanger
- Forged rocker arm with fully sealed, marine-grease-lubricated stainless bearings
- Double-sealed pivots for long-term durability
- Dual-crown clearance (axle-to-crown up to 615 mm)
- Durable powder-coated finish
Rear shock: Suntour Voro Coil — trunnion mount 205 × 65 mm, 5-way low-speed compression, low-speed rebound adjustment.
Fork: Suntour Rux 38 RC+ — 200 mm travel, tapered 1⅛"–1.5" steerer, Boost 20 × 110 mm thru-axle, 50 mm offset, integrated short fender.
Headset: ZS44 top (tapered) / ZS56 bottom, sealed bearings throughout.

Frame size depends on your height and the ride feel you're after, more playful and agile, or more stable at speed. Shorter reach = more agile; longer reach = more stable at higher speeds. Between two sizes? Go smaller for technical trails and tricks, go larger for fast tracks and racing.
