The bike is good. But the charger doesnt work, when connected to 220V , charger starts( the lamp is green) then Connect to bike and the lamps goes red and after 5 sec the lamp turns off and no charging.
The e bike is just amazing: design, quality and etc. Fast and helpful support team!

Has good power but my chain snapped off before I could even reach a mile
Delivery took over a month after they got it in stock, and I live a 4 hours drive away. Bad communications and the product delivered was not the âRonsterRideâ-edition with gold forks that the website promised. Buy it elsewhere!
The bike itself is fine but the whole buying experience from Ronster Rides EU was horrible. Many, many delays in delivery - all without any communication. It ended up taking over a month for them to deliver it, which is almost comical since I only live a 4 hour drive away from Hamburg. When delivered, the bike have the standard black forks and not the RonsterRides-gold ones, which was a big letdown. So in short: buy it somewhere else.
